We ship across India. Metro cities, including Chennai, receive orders in 2–3 business days. Orders above ₹999 ship free. Below that, a flat ₹60 fee applies.

returns-and-refunds.md

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in the original packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

showroom-and-hours.md

Our showroom is at 12 Cathedral Road, Chennai. It is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm. Furniture is available in oak, walnut and ash.

Each passage becomes a vector, so meaning can be searched, not just words.

A question is matched by meaning and by keyword. Weak matches are dropped.

The agent replies from what it found and names the document.

If the answer isn't in your documents, the agent offers a person instead of inventing a policy.

Documents can't give it orders

Retrieved text is treated as data. A planted instruction inside a file is neutralised before the model sees it.

Web pages go through a guard

URLs are fetched through an SSRF guard, redirects included, so ingestion can't be pointed at your own network.
