Agents that do things, not only answer.

Build a workflow on a canvas, run it in test mode, then publish. Or hand the work to n8n.

  1. A customer asks for a refund

The workflow starts from the chat, on any channel.

  2. Look up the order

An n8n step fetches the order from your shop.

  3. Is it over ₹5,000?

A condition splits small refunds from large ones.

  4. A manager approves

Large refunds pause in the inbox until a person decides.

  5. Refund started

The customer is told, and the chat is closed.

Twelve building blocks, and no scripts.

Conditions and transforms are whitelisted operations, so a workflow can't run arbitrary code.

  • Start and end

  • Message

  • Condition

  • Switch

  • Set variable

  • Transform

  • Loop

  • Delay

  • Approval

  • Tool

  • Agent

  • Sub-workflow

Let n8n do the heavy lifting.

Attach an n8n workflow to an agent as a tool. Calls are signed in both directions, and a workflow that doesn't verify the signature can't be attached.

Test before you publish.

Write test cases for agents and workflows. A workflow can be required to pass them before it goes live.

A person approves risky steps

An approval pauses the run. It appears in the inbox and carries on when someone approves or rejects it.

Versions and diff

Every publish is a version. Compare two, send one for review, or roll back.

Capped runs

Steps, tool calls, run time and cost are limited per run, so a runaway loop stops itself.
